Salafiya And Loving It!!!

This space is for my suppressed voice! You got a problem with Saudis or Salafism this probably is not a safe place for you! *Rawwr* >.<

Hate me, love me, it does not really matter! I need to vent! So, there will be much more ranting to come in my 'posts'!

Grrr

What happened to the patient Muslims? I rarely encounter a Muslim who’s willing to give advice to EVERYONE including other sects with patience! There’s always that frown expression, which I translate as “stay away from people of bid’ah-kufr-dhalal”, on the face. How is it possible to give dawah when all we do is accusing this and that of kufr or whatever! How are you we gonna remove some misconceptions when we advise each other of staying away from other sects!!

grrrr!

Yeah, I am so annoyed!

Muslims :(

Giving dawah is so hard sometimes. I personally find it easier to debate and discuss religious issues with non-Muslims than with Muslims. I can’t understand why is it a tough task for me, or maybe I can but I don’t want to think about it because it depresses me. The huge gap between sects is growing more and more by the day. Urghh… How do you feel about that? Doesn’t it hurt you to see how Muslims are aggressively arguing over historical issues for ages?

Sometimes, out of boredom, I type the name of any sect and read different forums that represent their thoughts. Then, I read forums that are anti their thoughts. And….

Should I laugh or cry?

I don’t even know what the right reaction anymore is! But I tell you what, most of these forums/social networks/ actually the internet in general have contributed in deepening the gap between Muslims. Animosity between most sects is reaching a hazardous level! No joke! You can see people passing takfeer, threatening individuals and much worse. Long ago, pre net age, it was not as deep as it is now. Maybe I am exaggerating? Maybe I am just depressed…

Oh well,

I don’t think it’s easy to avoid depression when you think of the state of Muhammad’s (pbuh) ummah, is it?

Muslim Facebook’ers!

I have been diving around the Facebook world, specifically “Isamic” groups. A negative tenedency towards everything salafi or related to salafism is prevailing, yes! Almost every group I go to there are a few posts dedicated to ridicule or defame Salafis. But guess what? I felt kinda special! HAHA!

Anyway, I went to this group and I attempted to debate a few ‘sisters’ there. They literally jumped on my throat when I spelled the word SALAFI aka the PEST! One of them was like, “oh! do you believe a husband can beat his wife?” “do you consider wearing niqab mandatory?” and the regular blah blah. Some people think they expose Salafis by asking such questions. They don’t know if your belief is firm, you don’t really give a crap about how the world views you.

It’s sad how most Muslims tend to attack you just because you have chosen another path for yourself. I kinda loathe the state of the Muslim Facebook’ers. But in the end they represent the state of the Ummah. No one is happy with the other, no one is accepting the other. Each and everything group devotes its effort to degrade the other one/s while completely forgets why we are created for! Guys! stop this attitude, close these groups and for Allah’s sake try to seek better means for your “dawah” than mocking this belief or that. Imagine spending your whole life on posting videos this or that sect made to start making fun of their beliefs. Seriously, what the hell!

I am so exhausted, and I have a massive headache. Pardon the poor writing, my dear self.

London Central Mosque-(This mosque is probably in my top five most visited), it’s beautiful inside:
I met a sister there the other day, she was a revert (her family was Hindu) and she still hadn’t told them she was Muslim. Subhan’Allah. She said she’d have to hide every time she needed to pray and she felt so much relief when coming to this mosque to pray, where she could openly worship and not feel threatened. Really put things into perspective, it makes you think, many of us that are openly encouraged to pray do not do so, and this sister is risking getting kicked out of her house but she still prays her Salah. May Allah make it easy upon the Ummah, and especially on all the reverts out there!

Ibn Taimiyah’s Al-Uboodiyah

AMAZING BOOK!

You gotta read it peeps… <3

here’s my quote of the day!

Allah (SWT) has made Al-‘Ibaadah imperative on His Messenger until death. He (AWJ) said.”And worship your Lord (O Muhammad) until there comes unto you the Hour that is certain (i.e.death).” [Al-Hijr:99] By this qualifying distinction (Al-‘Ibaadah) Allah (AWJ) described His Angels and Prophets. He (AWJ) said,”To Him belongs whosoever is in the heavens and the earth. And those who are in His very presence(the Angels) disdain not to worship Him, nor do they ever weary in this. They exalt Him night and day (and) they never slacken (to do so).” [Al-Anbiyaa:l 9 - 20]; and,”Surely those who are in the very presence of your Lord disdain not to worship Him; they celebrate His praises, and prostrate before Him.” [Al-A’raaf:206]

Allah (SWT) disgraced those who are disdainful of Al-‘Ibaadah by saying,”And your Lord said: ‘Invoke Me, and I will respond to your (invocation). Verily! those who scorn My worship, they will surely enter Hell in humiliation!’” [Al-Moo-min:60]

Me and The World.

This world is really chaotic right now. The images I see on tv and the stories I read online are horrifying. What’s really wrong with us? What has ever happened to the “seemingly” peaceful world we had years ago? Everything around is depressing. Look at these revolutions, at the beginning we all rejoiced and celebrated the promises of eventful success. Now all I see is a bleak idea of a very nice dream we had a few months ago. I know change does not happen immediately, and I know we should not be rushing to see the positive outcomes. But, as a Muslim and as a human being I find my heart weeps day in and day out as I watch the brutality of people. The recent incidents have been playing with our emotions. One day it’s up, next it’s down.

Urghh! :(

What’s really happening, ya world?
